The water at Panama City Beach
Panama City Beach runs 27 miles of Gulf front, anchored at its east end by St. Andrews Pass — one of the deepest, most productive inlets on the Panhandle. The jetties hold redfish, trout, flounder, and tarpon in summer; the piers and surf give up pompano and Spanish; and the artificial reef program offshore has built one of the best nearshore wreck fisheries in the state.
