Stump Pass at Englewood Beach is the cut between Lemon Bay and the Gulf, and it stacks snook against its edges on nearly every strong tide. Redfish and trout roam the Lemon Bay flats and oyster bars behind it, tarpon and pompano show seasonally, and flounder hold to the sandy drop-offs.
